World
Population - Spatial
analysis of global population
processes
The
development of the world population and
the global population processes differ between developed and less
developed
regions as well as between continents and regions. There is also a
large variation
within
countries. The project analyses spatial patterns in population
processes at different levels of scale. Maps, figrues, and analysis are
made
available online at the website of the Federal
Institute for Population Research and the World Population Atlas (in German).
